1. Services Offered
We provide compliance consulting, training, website development, domain registration, hosting, and other digital solutions. Service-specific terms may be detailed in project proposals or contracts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit required materials such as documents, logos, or credentials on time
- Ensure they have the legal rights to any content provided
- Respond promptly to requests and approvals
3. Payments
- All service quotes are issued in writing beforehand.
- A deposit may be required to initiate services.
- Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated.
- Delays in payment may lead to service suspension or late fees.
4. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain full rights to their provided content.
- ICMS Compliance retains ownership of any proprietary tools or frameworks used or developed, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions & Support
- Projects typically include limited rounds of revision, as agreed in the scope.
- Additional revisions or post-project support may incur extra charges.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
- All completed work up to termination will be billed or retained accordingly.
7. Limitation of Liability
ICMS Compliance is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime caused by third-party vendors
- Errors due to incorrect content or misuse by clients
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
